It is informed by more than 18,000 hours of strategic advisory and coaching, as well as non-executive directorships, consulting and chairing peer advisory groups.

Why I do this work
Many senior leaders are over-functioning.
It's the operating model they rely on to keep up with the pace, responsibility and outcomes expected of them.
But they can set a standard that's not sustainable.
And they’re living with the consequences daily.
I lived that operating model. Years of over-functioning at a senior level led to burnout, an autoimmune diagnosis and a chronic confidence crisis.
I became much clearer about what deserves my energy, what I’m willing to carry, what needs to be challenged and what no longer gets tolerated.
That same discipline now sits underneath the work I do with leaders and leadership teams under pressure.
Helping them operate with greater clarity and stronger judgement, while building ways of working that are effective without becoming unsustainable.
